What are some uncommon or unique instruments that I could learn to play?

I currently know how to play the piano, guitar, bass, and drums and would like to learn how to play a new instrument over the summer. I really want to learn how to play a very unusual and uncommon instrument but I am having trouble finding any. Does anyone know of any instruments that are very unique or very old?

ocarina, digeridoo, ehru (Chinese stringed instrument), harp, mouth harp, the saw, are all unusual.

Some old ones I’ve had the opportunity to play thanks to university professors are the sackbut and ophecleide.

My favorite – the theremin. It’s an electronic instrument that has two metal antennae, and you play it by waving your hands. The pitch and volume change as you change the distance from your hands to the antennae, and it’s just the coolest. It sounds like something out of an old sci-fi movie.
