Is it safe to use an oven without the inside glass panel in the door?

Ours has broken and the landlord is taking forever to replace it, will anything happen if we use it without?

That glass pannel is to isolate the heat. I’m afraid if you use it the door will get too hot!
Personally, I would chillout at the kitchen with my wife and keep an eye on it while the heat levitates.
Make sure you dont touch the door bare handed as you would normally do.
I would also definately have my fire extinguisher next to me

There are two pannels to the door. Inside and outside. The inside pannel is to isolate the heat. The outside one is just for viewing.
I understood that you still have the outside glass. Correct?
Some answers are assuming you have a hole in your door now. Is that true?
