Mini-jade (Portulacaria Afra) bonsai Guide
Also known as the small leaf jade, Portulacaria afra, are excellent Bonsai for beginners and their ability to comply with most bonsai styles make him popular with fans as well. They are perfect for beginners, because they grow very quickly, can be kept indoors, and can go longer without needing water. Because succulents store water in their stems and leaves. They also give clear signs when they need water that is useful for those beginning with bonsai in full growth.
Features Mini Jade

Temperature
Since they are succulent tropical mini-jade do best in USDA zones 10-11, but will also grow in most areas where they are not exposed to temperatures below 50 degrees F.
Training
It is very difficult form a small Jade Leaf by wiring branches. Their branches tend to be very fragile and could pressure under pressure. Cut in the direction of growth pinching is preferred and more effective. Do not prune immediately after watering. Cup dish with bark are reported to heal with fewer scars than concave, but I have not noticed any horrible scars when you use a concave pruner myself.
The branches will naturally fall under the weight of the water they store there leaves. Many people take advantage of this feature by training in styles cascade.
Jades can be propagated by cuttings from pruned branches.
Soil
Jade will do well in most bonsai soil mixes, but they prefer those who are very well drained. Your soil mix should have less organic material and devoid of peat. Their roots rot easily if left wet for long periods of time.
Portulacaria pests and problems of AFRA
Scale will be havoc on a jade. Root rot can also develop when the tree is watered too often with not enough light. The tree will be a stress Both the scale and root rot by falling leaves and branches.

It helped me. I used to be bored of politics because now, Red vs. Blue is just two sides in the same room without value, but the campaign for freedom again gives me energy. He encouraged me to run as a Republican PCO. Ron Paul has no chance because of all the corruption within the Republican Party, even locally. They would do everything in their power to ensure he did not win the nomination. It will take ordinary people like us to change things for the better in the future. I'm disappointed with how the Republican Party have responded to Ron Paul, but he also showed me that motivated to get involved then we will have a better chance of getting decent candidates elected in the future.
