Formula for circumference of a circle = (pi)D = or 2(pi)r
Now that Circumference is given as 400 times 66cm= 26400cm
264.00M = 2(pi)r
264.00M =2(3.14)r
r = 264 / 6.28
r =42.04 M of the man’s footmarks on the edge of the footpath
Now subtract the width of the footpath which is 0.90cm
r_pond = 42.04 – 0.90 = 41.14 M
By the way, your 90-M wide footpath is impossible, so I just assumed 90cm. or 0.90M

You did not specify if outer edge or inner edge. If the man walked along the inner edge, then there is no need to subtract.
