I just installed a Mr. Steam unit steamshower news that is not steam?

I installed a steam unit Mr. in a new shower was tiled with travertine. The place I bought the new unit says it's because I travertine used instead of porcelain and takes too long to heat the tile. I was in the shower steam, and before they used the travertine no problem. The unit is double the power that is necessary for the size of the shower and I have a glass door that is securely sealed Steam for a device. Suggestions? I do think he can be the real steamer, but I'm looking for other answers Possible.
