Indoors, grow herbs in pots

The most popular culinary herbs we cook with on a daily basis grow well within containers. For this reason, a growing number of people who do not have the luxury of an herb garden is now growing herbs in pots.

When plants are grown indoors, you need to make sure they get enough light and moisture. Most like humidity, so if you stand the pots on a bed of gravel that is constantly moist, it will usually do the trick. An exception to this rule is that the basil easily tolerate a more moderate and dry.

Mostly herbs thrive in pots in a stable temperature between 60 and 70 degrees F (16-21 ° C). But you must be sure they are not left in a project.
