Gobi Manchurian is a Chinese recipe which is also very popular in India. Gobi Manchuria is especially lunch, dinner. Dry Gobi Manchurian can be made by omitting the gravy. Serve hot with toothpicks or miniforks chilligarlic sauce or tomato sauce. Same procedure for vegetables. Manchurian (with gravy or dry), but instead of using only cauliflower, use finely chopped minced vegetables and thicken with corn flour or bread crumbs and make small pieces the size of a ping-pong. Fry as above and proceed as above.
The popular "Manchurian" is an Indian dish Chinese. Gobi Manchurian can be made of cauliflower or cabbage. Dip the florets in the batter one by one and made Fry in hot oil. Keep aside. In the remaining oil, add remaining ginger, garlic and crushed red pepper and sauté for one minute. Add salt and spring onions. Sauté for one minute. Add 1 1 / 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Gradually add the sauce and stir constantly until it resumes boiling. Boil until the sauce becomes transparent. Add sauce soybean and flowers. Boil for two minutes and remove. Serve hot with noodles or rice.
Gobi Manchurian although originally one Chinese dish has been localized by Indian Resturants to satisfy the taste buds of those Indians who aspire to something spicy with cocktails or before a great meal. This dish can be served as an appetizer or side dish to dry. First pick the florets of cauliflower of. You can cut into pieces Bitesize. Make a paste of corn flour by adding water to 1 cup of corn flour. Add a little salt to taste and mix well until a fine paste. Dip the Gobi pieces in the batter and cook them until completely brown. Gobi Manchurian popular Indo Chineese dish can be served as a snack or a drink prepared in the dry state. Now add the fried Gobi pieces to this mixture and depending on the dryness of the mixture, You can add 2 tablespoons more of the sweet and sour sauce. You can also increase Garlic / Ginger pieces depending on your guests are. Depending on how dry / fluidy sure your Gobi Manchurian, you need to reduce or add the sweet and sour sauce.
