How to paint a beautiful landscape – Learn to paint
landscape painting in acrylic is both relaxing and rewarding. Whether your style staff coming through and you should find this a great hobby. Acrylic paint is a medium that can resemble an oil painting or watercolor when finished. It depends on the style of the artist and how they apply the color depth. Anyway, starting with the painting landscapes can get their feet wet in the world of painting.
You can learn to paint a landscape on canvas paper, canvas board or canvas. I always suggest first practicing your techniques on a canvas or paper cheap acrylic. I'm kind of a perfectionist with my art, and tend feel frustrated easily. By practicing first, then apply it to the finished piece I feel more at ease. You can be satisfied without practice. The paint is what makes you feel good!
Keep your equipment handy. Ask your spay or bottle Mister practice to keep the moisture in the acrylic, maintain a water supply handy for brushes, and always have paper towels.
We will create a simple landscape painting. lightly sketch a horizon line with a pencil about ¾ of the way down the canvas. In this case, the emphasis will be on the sky because ¼ of the painting is a land.
Loved Wet the sky with white gesso. Add a little color to the brush and even from the top, using furrow and mix up the skyline. Use any color. Today the sky can be blues and purple. Night Sky may be just the dark colors with reds and oranges near horizon. Mix colors as little or as much as you want. Now that your Heaven is made.
Now it is time to create your terrain or hills. Choose a medium to light green with horizontal lines is in the far field or hill. keep things interesting in the slope. Change the green slightly darkened by it and add a couple more layers of areas for you work your way forward. The layer should be darker at the front of the painting.
That's it! Anything you add to your painting is a plus. One or two trees would be removed or perhaps just a single bird in the sky, low on the horizon.

What you need to start an acrylic painting?
I go to the store for art supplies for acrylic paint. What kind of hardware do I buy? I will be painting a landscape of mountains and river. 1) acrylic paints, brushes, palette, canvas … course 2) What kind of thinner? 3) Anything else I miss? Thank you!
You really do not need to buy a pallet. Acrylic that you just use water to dilute it. Make sure you get brushes for acrylic paint. Try to get different sizes of brushes. TIPS: And especially for painting landscapes do not be afraid to mix your colors on the painting itself. It is easier to do a wash before you actually start. It's like drawing, but with paint. Kinda like a sketch. All you do is add a lot of water to your paint. For Wash you do not really need much paint.
