Different Techniques of block printing by hand
Discharge Printing: First, the material on which printing is to be dyed. The dye is removed from the part of the fabric designs that must be made by the use of a chemical. Then Print these segments are treated so they can be re-colored.
Direct Block Printing: The fabric used here is not more cotton or silk. The cloth is first bleached, then dyed with the color desired. After the block printing is done on the border with carved wooden blocks, then the interior borders.
Resist Printing: In this technique, Part tissue that is not to dye the dough is covered with resin and clay. Then, the fabric is dyed with the color you want, at this stage, the dye penetrates through the cracks that create an undulating effect of colors on the canvas. After the fabric is the finally block printed.
