Chinese Tea – The Basics
The roots of Western tea date back thousands of years in China, where over the centuries different qualities of tea and brewing methods grew, tea drinking customs developed and new objects associated with tea were created. Gradually the Chinese usually drink tea spread throughout the world and to all classes. A culture of tea was born where different eras and dynasties have each left their mark. In today's world the different types of tea and tea drinking habits over the centuries can still be found somewhere in one form or another.
Chinese tea has been thousands of years. Chinese tea has been discovered and used as medicine. Then it evolved into a beverage, and more a part of Chinese culture.

Chinese tea is divided into 8 classes: green tea, Oolong tea, black tea, tea red, white tea, yellow tea, tea flowers, tea tablets.
The Oolong "> Oolong Tea Base
Oolong (Chinese, Wulong) tea is a dedicated Chinese (derived from the plant Camellia sinensis) between a green and black in oxidation. It varies from 10-70 per cent per cent oxidation.
The name oolong tea falls in the language English from the Chinese name wulong (in the form Min Nan verbalized). The Chinese name means "black dragon tea." There are three widely accepted accounts of how whose Chinese name was held.
Oolong come in two or light roast. Although many can be consumed Wulong both like tea Pu-erh, oolong teas many could improve with aging long regular light roasting with a low heat of coal wood.
