Can I create a feed using a porcelain bowl ceramic baking in an oven without her?

Hello. I would like to create dishes for animals company to give as gifts with ceramic biscuit. If I paint the exterior of the capsule with non-toxic paints and glaze with Pebeo Porcelaine 150 products, leave intact inside and bake in my oven as directed on the label, as be safe for the animal? I WILL NOT / enamel paint inside. If ceramic bisque is left intact, is it safe eat out? Any advice is welcome. Thank you!

To be completely sure, maybe you could add a plastic bowl inside after it in the oven or a metal bowl until it is cooked ..
