Value of former presidents Japanese Emporer?

I have two chairs, which I'm fairly certain are Japanese (not Chinese) chairs Emporer. On each side, there is a dragon carved below the armrest, the area of cushion for the back of the head is square (approximately 12 "by 20"). I have a marble table corresponding box. I am trying to find – I have not seen anything like these on the net or in books. Ideas?

They could well be Chinoiserie, which was in fact British, and huge to reproduce types of furniture. may not be original Asian at all, there was a huge influence in Europe to Asian art.
