When I watch the professionals play basketball, I'm always amazed to see how they can get high above the ground. It is almost as if there were springs inside their shoes or something. Then it makes me think they must have learned a few tricks on how to jump higher so they can look as good. Finally, I decided watch and see how it is that they can jump so high. The hard work and determination was the answer I came up with and some other things.

When someone has a good vertical leap, they have probably done work on the muscles of the legs. leg muscles are those that will help coming on the ground as far as you can with calves are the most valuable players. calf muscles will give you that you need to spring as high as to the ground.
