Line Veins Pot

Do you think I fed my lucky bamboo too much plant food?
Two months ago I bought three sprouts of lucky bamboo from Lowes. One of the sprouts was yellow and shriveled but the base was still green. I tried to save it, but it made the little ceramic pot smell like aquarium rot. I bought a new sprout to add from a lady from an awesome asian flea market for $1. Good deal I say. Anyways, that was 4 weeks ago. I though I’d give my new plant and the other two survivors some aquatic plant food to help restore greeness. It worked, but two days ago, out of nowhere the bases are turning bright yellow. This morning when I checked I noticed the one from the market is turning a bit brownish from a one side and the leaves are developing black lines throughout the veins. I think it was the plant food. I really want to learn how to save them! I’d feel better than to just throw them away!
you are over watering them way to much. Most plants like to watered from lite to heavy and then you have to give them time to absorb all of the water before watering them again.
Most folks that don’t have alot of experience with house plants , see browning and yellowing on the tips of the branches or new growth and thin that they need water, but in reality they have too much water as it is.
