Anyone know the symbolism of a Chinese Dragon next to a Phoenix Bird?
I’m asking as I have a phoenix tattoo and would like to get a Dragon as well. The tattoo is on my left lower leg and I’d like to get the Dragon on the otherside. Of course this leaves the back of my calf with nothing. I was thinking of a Koi back there but It may not fit well with the other two pieces.
The dragon represents the emperor, the phoenix eternal life. This is supposed to give the emperor immortality.
