Innovation decorative tiles
decorative wall tiles have been with us since the earliest days of human civilization. Some early examples of decorative wall tiles date back to Mesopotamia 4000 years ago and formed the basis for contemporary decorative tiles you find nowadays.
decorative tiles has been perfected by the Persians, but does not allow Europe to the last part of the 12th century. These decorative tiles, hand painted showed in Spain, Italy and France, and from these three cultural centers spread to the rest of Europe.
As with most guilds during this period, the manufacturing processes of these hand-painted tiles were carefully guarded secrets passed down orally from one generation to another. Therefore, we rather like the history written about these techniques.
During this time, many processes and techniques emerged to create images, shapes and patterns on tiles. These including glazed earthenware, clay encaustic inlaid, mosaic stone, mosaic tile terracotta tiles, hand painted, sculpted and made tiles, sgraffito (scratching the tiles), metal overlays and transfer printing.
These methods are used to make decorative tiles today, and decorative tiles (Also known as the art tiles) have become the trend of most rapid growth in the tile design and designers are also my coveted 21st century and customers as they have been assessed by our ancestors.
innovative tile makers today continue to evolve the business make decorative tiles with the use of new materials and techniques. consumers of modern times is an array of tiles, metal (bronze, copper, tin, aluminum and steel), glass (mosaic, stamp and shape), wood (bamboo, teak, reclaimed etc.) and stone (carved painted and mosaic).
