Next trip to Sotheby's

I am planning a trip to an auction at Sotheby's in June I have an interest real in the 20th century British art and they have an auction of art planned. I spent a lot of time planning this travel.

While I was browsing the online catalog for Sotheby's, I found a name Sickert signed South Facade of Saint-Jacques. I seen this picture once in London in 1971. He has been in Canada since it was purchased around the same time.

The painting is thought to painting after 1900 that the artist had been in the town of Dieppe for two years. He found great beauty in this medieval place. He loved architecture and he been the subject of much of his work. Sotheby's has several pieces of his work at auction at the event.

I also noted in the catalog for Sotheby's will auction a watercolor of a cat by the artist Gwen John. She paints many cats and also portraits of seated women. She was known to paint the same picture over and over again like Monet.

There were a lot shown in other Sotheby's catalog that interested me. I'm really partial Sickert and there was a painting that he completed in Venice while was there with his wife. There are stories of marital problems between them and the trip to Venice is regarded as having been taken to repair their marriage.

I can not wait to see the painting in the Thunder Mountain by James Dickson Innes. His watercolors are really splendid. The painting is thought to have was painted in 1910 in the mountains of North Wales. Sotheby's has such a vast catalog of this auction.

I am looking forward my trip to London. I like art Sotheby's auctions and outputs to expensive restaurants at night. I intend to go the mango tree while I'm there. This is the best Thai food, hands down, that I have ever eaten.

My partner has been really taken with the landscape near Lyons painted by Sir Matthew Smith. I loved this oil painting as well. The catalog for Sotheby's said the painting was painted in 1922 and there is a still life of flowers on the lapel. My partner can not make the trip and asked me to bet on it for him.

I have a small private collection of pencil drawings. I liked the flower in a glass vase which was written by Christopher Wood in 1925. I think it would display properly with others lifes that I have. I think this pencil art may well go for twelve thousand dollars. My favorite pencil drawings have all been found in Sotheby's auctions

I have a boss who is very interested in a consignment auction at Sotheby's, which contains Ivon Hithchens poppies. She authorized me to tender up to sixty five thousand dollars for it. I hope I succeeded to acquire it for her. I know that this Sotheby's auction will be well attended because they all are. This is too much to hope nobody will notice this fantastic painting.

After looking forward to this trip for so long and looked at the catalog for Sotheby's with so much attention, I must say that I have my heart on Broomswade by John Piper. I absolutely must have this watercolor. The person who sells, he was the sole owner. He has purchased directly from John Piper in 1966. If I win nothing else, I will win this painting.

The other painting that I intend to bid at auction, Sotheby's is one of William Turnbull. He is a collector I know that desperately wants this table. He has several sculptures of this artist and began collecting his paintings.

How can we find the final price of an auction of art done for free?

I am trying to find the stadium on the amount paintings by artists from several to go. I know that the paintings of these artists have been sold by many major auction houses (ie, Sotheby's). I know that sites like Artprice.com etc. you will find this information, but you must pay. I was wondering if there was a free database of this information I checked the website and Sotheby's while they show the image and the lot number, they do not show the final price. Thank you!
