The shamanic journey: Spirit Aid

Cross-cultural, there is a common belief in the spiritual help which is known as an intervention of a domain non-physical domain that transcends the physical, changes or cures. This non-physical realm is where spirits live.

I was taught that the Lakota people believe there are spirits that help you were born 405 literally are assigned to you: A small army of assistants whose primary function is to be at your service and your human experience. You can choose to use this assistance throughout your life, or not. There is no trial, if you do not. But why do not you? You can learn to direct energy in such a way you can change the past and look towards the future. The non-physical does not follow the same laws that you learned. There are no limits to this area except your own point of view.

One of the most effective ways to access the help of the aid mind is the shamanic journey. The shamanic journey is filled with mystery, and despite its ancient history is little known in Western culture. The altered state of consciousness achieved in a trip you can transcend the limits of the rational world and connect with a non-ordinary reality. The shamanic journey is common to all cultures (even European) and the nature of the trip is remarkably similar, even in cultures widely separated by geography and the ERA. In the world of spirits, both time and place are illusions. The lessons learned from other worlds are universally true, drawing a collective consciousness that is accessible to all.

Learning to ride a successful time and practice. Walking forces you to give all your senses. It is essential to activate as many senses as possible to stimulate your powers of observation beyond the visual. Many people depend too much on the visual in the trip, and are unable to access all information contained in the trip. Often the information will be a sense of "knowingness," a sort of sixth sense which is beyond seeing or of the other way.

To stimulate your senses practice, try this simple exercise:

Close your eyes and imagine a red rubber ball. Play Bounce the ball bounce and hear her. Throw the ball against the wall. Squeeze the ball, feel its texture. Bring the ball to your nose and smell. Pull the tongue and taste.

I taught hundreds of people how to travel, most with remarkable success. The method allows travel and enriches their lives. They develop a method by which tracking is useful to daily life. They can reach and communicate with their assistants in a spirit of constructive and accurate.

Remember that your helpers are spirit and power of magical animals and they can do some thing, they do not follow the laws of physics. The birds can swim underwater, whales can fly, and tigers can talk. They are your protectors and guardians. They do not lie, it's just a human trait you can trust them.

Each trip is different, some will be more strongly realized others. There is much to learn about the spiritual realm. In each trip, I collect information about my intention, but I also listen openly that the spirits can tell me. I found the shamanic journey to be one of my most profound ways of connecting with the spirits and one of the sources richer understanding and awareness. Kids see and communicate with spirits, quite naturally.

Unfortunately, these fabulous encounters with the realm of the spirit are classified as fantasies and are often stifled as children grow up and conform to society.
