Bella Donna $4.58 While Stevie Nicks had the most recognizable voice in Fleetwood Mac, there was no guarantee she could craft the same kind of pop-rock magic without the help of the Mac’s guiding musical force, Lindsey Buckingham. As such, Bella Donna found her emerging surprisingly strongly as a solo talent. Part of the credit goes to Tom Petty, who gave her an excellent song in “Stop Dragging My Heart Around” (an… |

Devil Wears Prada $4.43 Fashion shows tend to be set to pretty cutting-edge music these days, but you’d hardly know it based on the soundtrack to this movie on life at a fashion mag: Not only does it start with Madonna, but the song is “Vogue”–pretty much the single most obvious choice there could be. That said, “Vogue” remains a great track: It hasn’t aged one bit since its 1990 release, and fits in well with the first… |

Belle De Jour [VHS] $7.31 A young Paris housewife, Séverine, grows bored with her stable husband. When she learns of the presence of a high-class brothel in her neighborhood, she quietly goes to work there–but only during the day, until five o’clock in the afternoon. This sublime 1967 film is one of the latter-day masterpieces of the Spanish-born director Luis Buñuel, whose career forms one of the greatest and boldest a… |
Have Great Sex During Menopause
By: Sharon Bell
Seventy percent of menopausal women have a low libido or sex drive. This is often temporary and usually occurs at the beginning of menopause. In some, however, it may haunt them for the rest of their lives.
So what’s the reason behind a diminishing sex drive? Bladder control problems, sleep disturbances, depression, anxiety, and stress all contribute to loss of interest in sex during this period.
But a major reason is changes in hormone levels of estrogen, testosterone and progesterone that result in a hormonal imbalance. These hormones have specific roles to play in enhancing your sexual desire. Estrogen helps heighten your sensitivity during sexual intercourse. Progesterone keeps your libido up while testosterone, a male sex hormone, boosts sexual desire and lubricates the vagina.
No drug has been discovered yet that can treat sexual problems. Estrogen replacement therapy can make intercourse less painful by treating vaginal dryness. But recent research has yielded conflicting results with regards to estrogen’s effectiveness. In-depth studies are currently underway to determine whether a combination of estrogen and the male hormone androgen may help increase the sex drive of women.
While many women eventually learn to live with their low sex drive and no longer seek treatment, they can still avail of a variety of treatment options. If low libido interferes with personal relationships, it can become even more problematic in the long run.
Although sexual problems can be difficult to discuss, talk to your doctor and seek adequate counseling. Your doctor may refer you and your partner to a health professional who specializes in sexual dysfunction. The therapist may advise counseling on an individual basis with your partner or in a support group. This type of counseling can be very successful even when it is done on a short-term basis.
Great things start with simple stuff. If your sex drive isn’t as good as it used to be but you don’t think you need counseling, take time for intimacy with your partner. Intimacy is not all about sex or intercourse. There are a thousand ways to express love. Have quality time together – you can take long romantic walks, go out for candlelit dinners or give each other back rubs.
Remember to check with your doctor if lower libido becomes a serious problem. He or she may recommend a supplement that can help increase your libido like Zalestra. Check out www.zalestra.com to find out more.

Tell me about your pet/s? Their name, age, sex and habits!?
Just interested to hear about ppls animals. We have a 6mth old kitten, Belle. She is absolutely gorgeous and is my little girl. She is quiet a chatterbox and follows me everywhere and sits wherever I sit.
We also have a cockatiel, Rufus. He is my husband’s bird and Rufus is very much in love with my husband (a bit worried hehe). He attacks me but kisses and makes weird noises when my husband is around. He just loves him.
I would like to hear about your animals.
I have a 11 year old dog named Kallie she is a Chow Chow crossed with a German Shepherd, she is a great watch dog and very protective of me and our house and cars, she loves to go for walks and chewing on bones is another of her favorite activities! She loves to get treats and she really likes kids and we visit at an Elderly care facility when we have time and she really likes that, all that attention and pets! She is even on Youtube( if you want to watch it is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z09to_S4Ny4 ) she loves to entertain! And I have a female Siamese cat named Bailey, she is 11 years old she loves to sleep and her favorite naptime spot is on the heat vent in our bathroom, she really likes to be warm, she is currently on a diet and for some reason likes to lay on her back with her belly in the air. Her second favorite sleep spot is right in the middle of the bed, she think that I should sleep around her! Then I have a 4 year old male Siamese Himilayan cat he loves to get into things and knock stuff off of the counter or table, he likes to run around in the middle of the night and likes to play with Bailey. He also loves to watch the birds out the window, and loves to sit and look out the screen in the summer and smell all the interesting things, and watch bugs! He will also walk on a leash. He begs for the door to be opened up so he can look out except right now is winter so he doesn’t get his demands met! he is also a talker when he feels like it, and will carry on a conversation with of course I don’t know what he is saying but most of the time I have a pretty good idea what he means, he likes when you talk back to him! Also have a rabbit named Dixie she likes to hang out in her cage, and in the kitchen, her favorite treat is raw or dried banana, and she has funny ears one stands up and the other lays down. I like hearing about other peoples animals too.
