How can I dream of a lively and lucid as in creation?

as I really want to control my dreams because im 21, but sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat screaming bloody murder, but I never remember what I was screaming about. I think if I can and realize im dreaming lucidly dream, I can control my dreams. please help!

1.) Installation Critical: highly accurate method of fire control lucid dreaming course is to develop your critical facility. Consult your whole brain bright very bright. Repeat 100x: "Now I have programmed my brain to GIVE ME THE MOST EXCELLENT POSSIBLE perceptual, creative ability LUCID DREAMING AND ARTISTIC. And memory strongly disciplined. "By repeating this assertion 100x while the visualization exercise, you slowly and gradually increase your" brain power "and within 12-18 months time, you will have a much more intelligent brain's ability to dream great lucid. Repeating the above statement, you will improve your waking life a lot when you are not dreaming at the same time, you will be a lucid dreamer Master …. do you see?
